How to Order from Hokanson

US & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

You can call in your order to 425-882-1689 or fax it to 425-881-1636 or email it to: info@deh-inc.com.          A price sheet is available from Hokanson on request.

The following information should be available to place an order with Hokanson:

  • Please note for "net 30 day" credit the minimum order is $30.00.
  • Customer number (for returning customers) if possible (begins with two letters)
  • Name of company or facility ordering item
  • Name of contact and fax or contact phone number (can confirm order with this person)
  • Purchase Order number (if used), please Fax PO to Hokanson regardless of the form of order (phone call, fax, or email.)
  • Delivery time (UPS) Over night to Ground available (customer pays for shipping separate from item’s cost
    • If customer has own Fed Ex account, please provide that account number if shipping to be by Fed Ex
  • Bill to address
    • Payment options:
      • Credit card
        • Type of card (Visa or MasterCard only)
        • Card Number
        • Name on card
        • Expiration Date
        • Card billed to address
      • Prepay with check for total amount including shipping
      • Establish credit
        • Complete forms (Hokanson will email at your request)
          • Note, credit takes from a few days up to a week to get responses back from your references
    • Invoice: mailed to separately or shipped with package?
    • Ship to address
    • Item ordered
        • Name/number
        • How many
      • Any special instructions

International Customers:

  • For International orders if no credit card, please provide the following to prepay the order:
      • We request payment to our account please contact us for the information.
      • All banking charges to your account please.
      • Or issue a check in US funds, drawn on a US bank.

Note: obtain the shipping and handling price from Hokanson to include with your prepayment.
